DAY 4 - Cardio Recovery

So Day 4 was the Cardio Recovery workout! I gotta say, it was exactly the type of workout I needed for that day. I was still pretty sore and I felt drained almost (not only because of the workouts, but because I had my decorating classes too). The Recovery workout was full of stretches and breathing and yoga poses which really refreshed my body.

I feel ready to attack today's workout with intensity! Let the sore muscles begin again!! LOL
